The registration form, below, is for UK-based speech and language therapists to register to use the ROOT on behalf of their service/practice.

If you work for a service/practice that is already using the ROOT and need a new user account, please contact your local admin or email root@rcslt.org.

We encourage SLTs practising outside of the UK, as well as other health and care professionals who are interested in using the ROOT, to contact root@rcslt.org to express your interest.
